CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES



2/3 CUP SHORTENING
2/3 CUP BUTTER, SOFTENED
1 CUP SUGAR
1 CUP BROWN SUGAR, PACKED
2 EGGS
2 TSP. VANILLA
3 CUPS FLOUR
1 TSP. BAKING SODA
1 TSP. SALT
ALSO ADD ¼ - ½ CUP VANILLA INSTANT PUDDING AND,
ABOUT ½ - ¾ CUP EXTRA FLOUR

HEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES. MIX THOROUGHLY SHORTENING, BUTTER, SUGARS, EGGS AND VANILLA. STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS. DROP COOKIES ON A COOKIE SHEET AND BAKE FOR 8-10 MINUTES.
