SPINACH CHICKEN SALAD

1 LB. CHICKEN BREAST (PAN FRIED, DIPPED IN EGGS AND PEPPER SEASONED FLOUR)

SALAD: 1 BAG SPINACH,
1 CAN MANDARIN ORANGES,
FETA CHEESE,
TOASTED ALMONDS,
CRAISINS


DRESSING: ¾ CUP SUGAR
2 TBSP. CHOPPED ONION
1 TSP. SALT
1/3 CUP VINEGAR (WHITE)
1 ½ TSP. DRIED MUSTARD
SLOWLY ADD 1 CUP OIL
