LAURA’S WHOLE WHEAT MUFFINS



1 CUP OIL OR (1/2 CUP OIL AND ½ CUP APPLESAUCE)
2 EGGS
1 TSP. SALT
2 CUPS BROWN SUGAR
2 CUPS MILK
2 TSP. BAKING SODA
2 TSP. VANILLA
4 CUPS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR

MIX TOGETHER, AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 10-15 MINUTES.
