French Dip Sandwiches
1 lb. deli sliced roast beef
1/2 lb. deli sliced swiss cheese
1 can beef consomme
1 pkg. Sara Lee kaiser rolls
butter
Put beef consomme and deli meat in medium sauce pan; bring to boil then remove from heat. Butter rolls and put under broiler until toasted. Add a slice of swiss cheese to the rolls and put back under broiler until melted. Pile meat on rolls and enjoy. Pour Au Jus (Beef consomme) into ramekins for everyone. Makes enough for 4 sandwiches.
